Emo Sock Puppets?

i don't think so, but they're cute emo sock puppets. and you can't really argue with that!
99% glad i actually finished all my homework way before 9pm today - seriously, who can be 100% glad about homework on any aspect? yes, i'm complaining, i'm literally on homework overload 24/7.
zazaziziz... anybody listen to linkin park? one of the best bands ever.
hmm... running out of things to talk about. it's kind of late (to my dad) but with us? it's never late. we can party until 5am, get an hour of sleep, claim we're "tired" and be driving everyone crazy because we're so freaking awesome - and awake.
but yeah, i guess that's it. oh, and you know what? i was worried about brushing my teeth, seriously! got to get over this dentist thing... but how can i when i can feel a "phantom"-numbness in my mouth? arrgh!
good night everyone! sweet dreams!

Ouch.

never want to do that again. apparently on the off chance, i was the one who got zapped with a cavity because in every one of your mouths is this one tooth that has an indent so deep that no matter how hard you brush it's nearly impossible to get any type of food that's stuck in there, out - so says my dentist :). it was an off chance. i got unlucky (for once, haha).
so yeah, a every-six-month dentist trip doubled into a four-days-following-september-25 dentist trip. and something i thought would take a half hour max turned into some crazy one hour and 15 minute appointment where i just lay there watching the little mermaid and sponge bob while i had cotton balls stuck in my cheek, under my tongue, and in the back of my mouth. oh, and did i mention this weird tool thing they stuck in between my teeth and had me bite down gently to hold my mouth open? and other things they used to drill a hole in my tooth, then fill it up with this icy (i think it was icy, sort of when some thing's so cold it's almost warm) stuff that stings. i must've winced a million times, but i was wearing sun glasses (they had me put it on so that i wasn't blinded by the light when i watched tv) so nobody could tell. o.O moment.
but still, that wasn't the worst part. i could stand the whole thing, but the one thing that i really hated was something they did at the very beginning. it tasted so bad! i think it was acid-y or whatever, but it was all bitter and you know how when you're at the dentist and you open your mouth and all this spit (i hate the world saliva) collects in your mouth and you have to swallow, only it's hard to when you're mouth's held open? but then after a while you learn how to do it, like after a few trips. or like ten. anyway, i know how to do it without closing my mouth (although it's kind of confusing... haha) but when i swallow i also taste a bunch of that disgusting-tasting stuff they put on my tooth. now that i think about it, i think it was probably the numbing stuff... but i thought that was supposed to taste good, like cotton candy or whatever.
i also had sealant to protect my teeth, from what, i don't know really, and don't care so much. it's just toothpaste, brush, rinse, floss, rinse three times a day... there's nothing much to say about the sealant actually. i didn't even know they put it on until i asked and my dad told me after when we were back in the car. so... that didn't hurt since i didn't know they were doing it, so yeah.
the numbing stuff was crazy. it made my mouth feel so weird, because they had the cotton balls in then the numbing stuff, and when they took the cotton out it felt like they were still in. it drove me insane, i hated it so much.
at least i don't have to get braces, XD.
so yeah. and... i was going to post way earlier, about this cold i got that made me lose my voice, that came from like my whole jy group, starting with one person and just kept traveling down. i gave it to my counselor ^-^, and that's pretty much it. it was a friday-sunday thing, that's all. i guess i never really "got around to it". if i did post... well, i didn't, so whatever i guess.
since the last time i blogged, i've used the "the thing about friendship..." blog about a million times. one of my favorite blogs, besides the one about saying goodbye to summer.
school's great i guess, really boring. hate getting up at 6am or even 7am, which is freaking late, since i have to be out of the house around 7:10am-7:15am, but i manage.
i always do.
oh, and one more thing before i close... thanks again, ben, for you know... you're the main reason why i decided i really had to blog now!
love you all!

And Hello to School

and, technically autumn?
God! you can't deny that you're excited now, can you? i mean just look at yourself! you just can't keep that smile inside yourself, can you? =P, face it - i'm always right.
but then, it's so easy to be right when you're always wrong!
woke up at 6:25am... that's when my first alarm (with the digital clock) started playing Spirit 105.3, at around 7:30am my second alarm (the one that's messed up but which i got to work by setting it to like, 9:30. it's an analogue clock) started beeping - like gah, it worked! i was still tired - then my third alarm never beeped 'cause for some reason it was set at 8:10am (10 min fast)... it should've been set at 7:10am i thought, but then it would've rang at 7am and given me near next-to-nothing time to get ready before leaving at 7:10am, -.-!
haha, one more thing about my clocks: did you know my first alarm is actually 30 minutes fast? so i get to set it at 7:55am, XD!
agh, it's 6:52 in the morning, this was jennifer and she has to run 'cause she'll be late!

Saying Goodbye to Summer

you know, i guess summer's just there, and you can't avoid it.
because... well, i guess summer means crawling back into bed and pulling the covers over your head at 11am to listen to the radio blast and try to relax. summer is trying to get out of doing chores and homework and taking care of your siblings. summer is flipping through weekly ads looking for supplies on sale. summer is begging your parents for this and that because you didn't have time to during the school year. summer is running outside in the grass through sprinklers with jeans and a tank top still on. summer is biking over every day to the high school to watch football. summer is throwing a tennis ball and being dragged down the street by a dog. summer is spending endless hours in front of the laptop IMing and emailing and watching stupid youtube vids until you fall asleep. summer is staying up until 3am listening to your mp3 because you don't have to get up at 6am the next morning. summer is summer.
so we'll let summer be summer and say goodbye because we can't ignore it and we can't hold on to it, either.

Happy Labor Day

the standard title.
anyway, i'm not sure exactly what to blog about; just don't have anything to do on the laptop (for once) and so came back to the wonderful world of miscellaneous heartbreak (hold the applause... =P).
so yeah it's the last day of summer break - as the northshore school district will have it. and as it goes, it's also the most boring day of summer break. which reminds me, to make the day even more boring (or not)? i need some extra school supplies. haha yes i'm not completely done yet, but we don't have to bring supplies on the first day of school anyway so it's not a problem.
i guess... maybe i don't really completely want this to end, you know? i mean, you only get to be 12 once. and you only get to spend one summer being 12. and... you'll probably never get the same supplies again or beg your dad for something you'll probably look back on in ten years and think, was i really that immature then? or not.
as well all know it, we'll never have the time of our lives, 2008 summer, ever again.
but school's coming.
am i excited? heck, yeah. are you? heck, yeah even though you still won't admit it.

you and i will ride tonight 'til the past is out of sight, we don't have to look back now. from the dark into the light, we can leave it all behind. we can stand together, we don't have to look back now.
