dear you,
guess what? 16 year olds' hearts melt. so i bet you're excited for november. you turn 16 and you'll be just waiting for your heart to start dissolving. jenny thought.
i promise i won't change. or at least, i'll try not to. as long as you don't say you look dumb, because you don't. like i said, i wouldn't lie to you. except when i said i hated you, because i don't. haha, i knew him forever, no i wouldn't like him. you'll be 20 in five years. we'll see what happens. of course, i'll be like... 18 then. who knows what i'll do.
i promise i'll jump into your arms though, like i will name my first daughter jessica.
hahahahaga, of course you want me to like you. what would you do without me? random letters are so beautiful. it's love at it's simplest. it's just sometimes, i'm up late and i have no one to talk to and i imagine something, anything, maybe even someone and i write. and it's cool, it really is. it's the sweetest thing to me. it's sort of like talking to myself, but it's not. because i'm talking to you.
i like your random numbers. they make me smile. when i'm talking to you and i try not to laugh, i make goofy faces. i will not have 3,737,477,374,662,683 boyfriends. i promise you, i will not. funny you stayed up an extra hour and didn't get in trouble. it's magic.
you know, one of the things i will have to do when i see you is make you dance in the rain with me. we'll put 1, 2, 3, 4 on loop and we'll dance to it for an hour and we won't want to stop. haha, by then it is believable you'll have 45,668,799,393,885,959 girlfriends.
i want to be a doctor. just letting you know.
i like to think that this is the kind of guy i'll fall in love with. i want to be happy when i'm 26 and doing everything i don't need to think about now. being with a kind of guy like you will be amazing.
i'm glad, too. good night.
love, me

Autobiography
if i wrote an autobiography, it would be something like what you're about to read. right now it's i'm not exactly satisfied with it 100%, but i want people who read it to be able to know it's me.
i really like quotes on love or friendship because they're the purest, sweetest ones. there's nothing you can say to deviate the brilliance on the two. and they go hand in hand. that's like, the coolest thing.
i love music. i'd rather go without my laptop and internet and facebook and friends than go without music, because in my music is everything that means a lot to me, and somehow i'll refind everything that was and will always be in my world.
pictures with friends are the one thing i'll never be ashamed to have tacked up all over my bedroom walls when i'm fifty.
i'll be the old lady in the nursing home at age eighty, looking over and rereading old instant messaging conversations, crying and laughing at them.
if i love you this much now, i will never, ever think you're uncool.
i can't wait until i'm fifteen.
i listen to taylor when i'm happy, sad, upset, mad, silly... because i can relate. and whatever mood i'm in, she'll fix it. even if i'm happy. it just gets better.
but in the end, it all bubbles down to one thing: you are so awesome to me. truth be told, you kind of make me, me.
love you.

took 2 years to get popular, versus myspace... which took... 6, surprisingly enough. logically, i didn't see how that could work out until i actually started using it, and just this week i thought about it again and decided to share with you - seeing as i also need to blog again, anyway.
yes, i put screen shots of my status updates in my friday the 13th and valentine's day posts. actually facebook was designed for people to find their old high school friends, but seeing as i'm not in high school or have been - it's definitely not just contained for those over the hill people. you actually need to be 13 to sign up, not that half of my friends are or have followed that rule. they just put in a random year that says they're 16 or what not, and hit sign up, and wha la - they have a facebook.
sometimes the chat drives me crazy, but they have an emailish type of communication too. i think what made it so popular is all the activities you can do and games and flair (i'll screen shot one some time) - which are one of my favorites.
but anyway... facebook gets its own entry because... it's my life for break. i have absolutely no homework and sadly i think homework is a way too big part of my life, seeing as i get home, get upstairs, and start on this one. then the next one, and again and again. sometimes i'm up until 1am finishing homework. and now that i don't have any i'm pretty much at lost for what to do.
main point? if you ever need me, you can check facebook. i'm on that almost 24/7 (hahaha, yeah. sure.) - or my email, that works too. or IM. or anything social for that matter.
i like to multitask.
... but hey, it's a great day out... maybe i'll go bike riding. see ya, facebook.

Even Google Celebrates Valentine's Day
like every other holiday, or important person's birthday, or cool event's anniversary. they decorate their homepage. unfortunately, it's only for the web search, but that's okay.this is way cool! it's my favorite one they've done so far :). it's a little crazy but...
google is awesome. rock on.
.
and please wish me luck today! the music is getting to me... x.x
ah hah.
Happy Valentine's Day

good valentine's day songs? tim mcgraw (taylor swift), love story (taylor swift), valentine's day (linkin park)... and that's really all i can think of. and i don't know if they're really "good", they just fit.
happy valentine's day, just the same.
my day is really packed. i wish i could spend the day hanging out with friends but nope, i have to do a recital at 1:30, then have to be at church at 2:20... piano, piano, piano. i have so much music crammed in my head i can't think straight. sucks, much.
but anyway... i hope everybody knows how valentine's day started, because i
don't want to spend like a paragraph going over the guy. haha, there's your free hint. the point of valentine's day? that i don't know. it's not the candy, though. definitely not the candy, although that seems to be a big part of it now. and the colors are nice, but i think the main thing is...
but anyway... i hope everybody knows how valentine's day started, because i
love. you have to have it and try your hardest, no matter what it's always going to be with you. if you give a little, you receive a little. if you give a lot, you receive a lot. it's the way of hugs. give them out, guys. they make people feel really good, even if they say they hate hugs. because they make us smile when we know someone cares about us, right?
it just makes our day.
happy valentine's day!
.
love, love, and love again...

Today

it really is :). i can't think of any other day that has really been this awesome! incredible :). it's that type of day that completely fits into fearless by taylor swift. like, the happy feeling. if you talk to me right now i have happy vibes shooting off of me. i can bounce off walls. really. my rainbow is the coolest place to be right now, ever.
on the sort of off note, i have a piano recital tomorrow. argh, and i play two of the songs that i have a great percentage i will mess up on. :/... that's okay. i'll be out most of the day, too. saturday meeting with the JY. cools. i'll be on in the morning to try and post a valentine's entry :).

My Life Would Suck Without You
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bap-oZI-Grc&feature=channel_page
it is the cutest video of 2009. and yes, i know, 2009 has barely started, but this video hits all the right notes. it is the sweetest, most adorable video i've seen in my lifetime. and no, that's not just jennifer using sweet talk.
actually, i don't really understand it. it just sends sweet love everywhere. like the goldfish part (click the link above and watch so you understand what i'm talking about, duh :P)... that was really, really cute. it has a surprise ending, kind of. i liked that.
kels has amazing talent. love that girl. she's like, vibrant. she brings happiness in her songs. well, not like taylor and some of her songs are about heartbreak (a lot, actually) but my life would suck without you is... perfect. it's addicting. it gets stuck in your head.
you have to sing along. you can't not sing along. it's so crazy and fun and happy. it's an awesome love song. it tells your best friend that "dang, i'm in love with you and i know i've said it'll never work but... it is."
it really says, "i am so, so, so in love with you."
go listen. be happy. and freakin' sing along!

White Horse
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bal4t4pPy70
it's amazing. it is the cutest, most sweet thing i've seen from her. trey fanjoy (director) did a great job. the video premiered 8:30 est/pst on cmt. it stars stephen colletti (one tree hill) as the love interest. in an interview before the video was shown worldwide, taylor said that she saw stephen on one tree hill and thought "he was really awesome like that." she said that he had the look they were going for. "this guy in the video is supposed to look really sweet, and someone who looks like he'd never lie to you - but he does."
although it was really good, it was also a little plain. it could've been much, much more interesting. trey fanjoy also directed taylor swift's other music videos (tim mcgraw, picture to burn, teardrops on my guitar, our song ((from her first album)), love story, and change ((from her second album)).) in the same interview, taylor also said: "this video’s a lot different than the other videos we’ve made because usually we’ve gone for bright colors and me looking straight into the camera and singing. but this one, it’s a little more introspective. there’s a pretty emotional scene in there where i had to cry for like three hours, like bawl my eyes out for three hours. it was really interesting and sort of a new thing for me."
all in all, i loved it. there really is nothing i would change. everyone did a beautiful job. taylor looked really pretty in this video and she was right - stephen colletti was perfect for the part. tay has great taste in guys, music, and video directors. :). she is gorgeous and has the prettiest curls. and the best thing? she has a beautiful voice.
love you, taylor!

Makes My Day
don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.
- dr. seuss
- dr. seuss
it makes me really, really, happy. like, the smile-and-get-all-dreamy kind. like when i listen to taylor swift songs (such as right now, the way i loved you).
it's probably more appropriate for the funny, gray-haired author-of-all-those-children-books-that-i-have-stacks-of's (not in my room. but i am seriously considering it. it just seems like something i would do) birthday. but i'm not exactly sure when it is and i really like this quote right now so here it is. and the whole birthday comment makes me want to tell you that my friend's birthday is my half-birthday. i know, woah, cool much?!
yes, i haven't posted like, at all. and i really didn't post that much in january, either. what, like two entries? on the bright side i've actually gotten sleep for the past two weeks. except yesterday i broke my streak due to an assigned bacteria (e. coli) comic in science, due today. but it's all good.
i got my best friend (the one who gave me the santa hat <3) carnival ride from carrie underwood for her birthday, which was this sunday. she loved it. which made me happy, too. on facebook i wrote a 25 things note and tagged a bunch of friends. i also spent all evening last night finding and sending and adding flairs (you know, those round buttons with sayings or whatever on them that you can pin anywhere, only it's on the internet, and it's this round "button" with sayings on it that's like, 2D. hahah). lately i've been really, really pissed at this one girl who just gets on my very last nerve.
the superbowl! it was sad. like, really, sad. the cardinals did great. i commented on jesse (jamie's brother ((jamie is the one whose birthday is my half-birthday))) asking him why he calls the steelers pittsburgh, while i found myself calling the cardinals, arizona. :)
my friends and i have revived a pass-it-on journal that we started in 2006, now minus one person, since we never see her anymore. we are also planning a mass sleepover on the 14th. maybe.
my brother wants to goes to this one guy's house so bad that he used the "project excuse", which goes somewhat like this... "hey dad i'm going to do my science fair project at bacho's house, 'kay? what about the 14th?". btw, bacho is nathan's nickname. and then i say that the 14th we have that recital then i have the whole saturday meeting which has the activity this month of a "talent show" at a nursing home, basically meaning more piano playing. then i also add in the sleepover and that, he could go while i'm at the saturday meeting.
yeah that's pretty much what happened over the past month. well that's pretty much what happened in the first 3 days of this month. sorry i didn't blog... was meaning to. seriously. oh, and...
i had cookies and milk today.
love, jennifer
p.s. i just figured out that an entry this long is half a page on a word document. hehe.
